Friday July 16. It is almost 4:00 PM
Today is my husbands birthday. He is at Cape May while I stayed home due to a Grad class project. I am still at the the comp.lab working while the new knowledge was fresh.
I added on my Blog : On the home page, another post-with a link to where the parents can contact me.
On page 2 -Useful links2- I added 2 new posts with links for the parents.

A good resource website for parents/teachers- http://www.watchknow.org/Video.aspx?VideoID=12550-wikipedia. Wikipedia designed a website for educational videos for students ages 3-18. I am adding it to my Blog for my parents.

Jean emailed me with information about a site -Widget. I plan to check it out. I wonder if there is a complete list of all the new terms/sites and the definitions.

Introduced my Blog and Glog creation to my husband. Since both of us lack the experience with computers he was impressed with how much I learned in one week! But the problem is remember how to work the different sites!

Cancer. We get so busy in our lives that it seems we forget about it. But when you sit with your mother every 6 months to hear the verdic of a blood test or PET scan that is when reality hits you. On Tuesday I drove home-to the Penn State area to visit my Mom and drive her to her doctor appt. I wondered if the fellow patients in the waiting room worried about a Blog or Glog or a Twitter. I then drove back late afternoon to get back to my busy life.

A long day of inservice at the Middle School. Training that required us to sit and work on the computer.
On a TV show I was watching one of the conversations was about when and what they Blog. After taking this course I have noticed I am more atuned to internet terms!

I think it was good to have a Blog entry each day. I finally have my password memorized!
My goal was to create a Blog that my School District can use. Starting at a beginner level I think I have accomplished my goal.
